No Payment, No Driving.
This is 'ON TIME' system, a legal electronic starter interrupt unit. It's a legal electronic payment protection unit & works using microprocessor-based technology.
Purpose of this unit is 'to turn credit-challenged prospects into paying customers who pay in a timely manner.'
So how it works: the On Time unit reminds the vehicle operator when the payments are due.
An LED will flash green to confirm when payments are current. When a payment is due, the flashing LED will turn yellow, and the customer will be aware that a payment must be made.
Just one other thing one may also think of disconnecting the device, then again we presume it may be connected into the ignition circuit. And perhaps it herein where the contract will come in action & won't be in favor of disconnecting this unit.
The number 3 on the keypad will flash, reminding the customer that he/she is on their final 3 days.
The number 2 on the keypad will flash, reminding the customer that he/she is on their final 2 days.
The number 1 on the keypad will flash and the device will beep. This reminds the customer that they are on their last day.
Once the payments are made, the company keys in the unique one-time code & the car is re-enabled.
