Mobile Theater.

Mobile Theater.

This is a unique iconic mobile theater which will represent the Arts Alliance & their performance worldwide created by Various Architects.

Mobile Theater (9) 1
First test model on the new in-house 3D printer from Z-corporation.

Mobile Theater (9) 2
A 4 x 6 meter test piece of the exterior inflatable skin has been ordered for the model. It has two parts of the large inflatable hexagons & a translucent inflated window pane which will together form the exterior surfaces of the Mobile theater.

Mobile Theater (9) 3
The first inflation of the full-scale model was at the offices of ESS in London. This is the first in a series of full-scale models for the inflatable structural skin of the theater.

Mobile Theater (9) 4
It is a five-screen cinematic performance where live dancers perform in front of, behind, & between the screens throughout the show. For the five screens, sails draped over shipping containers were used. It worked well in the Yokohama harbor where both containers & cranes to move them were in abundance. But it was not practical in other central urban locations. Hence there was a need for a new mobile theater that can be conveyed easily around the world & is suitable for almost any site. It should be an inflatable structure with dramatic effects to make it a memorable experience.

Art-Eggcident in Leeuwarden by Henk Hofstra.

Art-Eggcident in Leeuwarden by Henk Hofstra.

Dutch artist Henk Hofstra is back & this time it's the sculptures called 'Art Eggcident' (environmental art project) in Leeuwarden, Netherlands. Remember we brought to you his earlier work titled 'Urban River' where he painted a complete city street aqua blue. Recently several large ones (each 100 feet wide) were spread on the Zaailand - one of the Netherland's largest city squares. The largest ones are totally flat, but the smaller ones have a three-dimensional 'yolk', & are able to take the weight of the kids.

Wood World.

Wood World.

Here are some pieces of artwork which shows what talented sculptors can come up with, even when using material such as wood. Wood is considered as a strong material which cant be molded into the design or as per the requirements of the creator, but seeing this work of art one needs to reconsider this opinion. An awesome work of art!

From The Life Of Nails.

From The Life Of Nails.

Given a few nails & asked to do something creative out of it, most wouldn't be able ot come up with anything. But a talented few with lots of creativity in them can really make work of art & display their talent & creativity with a few nails too. For creating these artistic works, it must have taken a few nails, a digital camera, & lots of creativity with interesting ideas. Here are a few photos that show a different perspective of nail - 'From The Life Of Nails'. No information is available as of now about the artist or the creator of this beautiful work. But the message of the artist is clear & simple which can be seen from these photos. Let the photos do the rest of talking.
