The goal was to narrow an extremely long list of candidates for the position of a financial manager in Delta Generali Insurance and to choose the one with honesty, loyalty, legalism and respect for the law in Serbia. To achieve this, it was decided to use the specific blue envelopes that have been used as legal or government invitations for years in Serbia. As these governmental envelopes need to be handed personally and signed by the person who receives it, many people avoided it by all means. Hence interview invitations were sent in 'blue envelopes ' to all the candidates, knowing that only the most loyal and honest candidates will accept it and show up for the interview. And as a result only seven candidates showed up for the interview.
