Caves of Crystals.

Places where Superman could feel at home. Mexico's Cueva de los Cristales contains some of the world's largest known natural crystals - tanslucent gypsum beams measuring up to 36 feet (11 meters) long & weighing up to 55 tons.

Modern-day mining exposed the natural wonder by pumping water out of the 30-by-90-foot (10-by-30-meter) cave, which was found in 2000 near the town of Delicias. "There is no other place on the planet," García-Ruiz said, "where the mineral world reveals itself in such beauty."

Each of these houses has something unique & interesting in them that makes anyone like them.

Organic House:


This is a low impact woodland family house of Moabi in Wales. It was built by Moabi, & his father-in-law with the help from passers by & visiting friends. It took about 4 months, about 1000-1500 man-hours & £3000 to create it.

Narrow Houses:



This is a one-meter wide by ten-meter tall house in Madre de Deus, Brazil, the designer & the owner is 'Helenita'. It has three floors; 3 bedrooms with washrooms, 2 rooms, kitchen, & a veranda.


And this one is in Tokyo (an area of 71.4 meters).

Tree Houses:

All of us in our childhood have built tree houses but what we have here is something more than what we must have thought back then.

One of the largest wooden tree houses in world.


Sprit Spheres Tree House:





These Spheres can be attached to the trees or from any other solid objects like buildings or rock faces.

4 Tree house:


To form a structural foundation for this tree house, a swing was attached from the four trees. And it resulted in a delicate balance between swaying trees & the slat wall enclosure.

Its something like from fairyland or rather these houses are like a dream come true. Many of us want to have a vacation home or place where we can forget & get away from the daily rush of our lives. And these houses, their perfect location amidst nature, with their beautiful view are the perfect place where one can feel at home away from the population & the skyscrapers of the cities.

One Log House:


The Famous One Log House was created from a log which weighed 42 tons, took two men & 8 months of hard work to hollow out a room 7 feet high (2 m) & 32 feet long (10 m). The single log came from a 2100 year old redwood tree, which now is a tourist attraction located in Northern California. It has a kitchen, bedroom, living room, & dining room.

Martin House-To-Go:


It's a portable, affordable, tiny house that can be easily moved from place to place on a trailer. All you need to do if you don't want to move it is just remove it from the trailer & put on a foundation.

Can Life Be So Simple.

It's really difficult to make out here whether the end is the beginning or the beginning is the end.
This is really a nice piece of art, creative, fascinating & completely amazing. We haven't come across this sort of an art project before & found this one really evoking.
For sure the artist / creator has spent quite a lot of time with styrofoam or the foam rubber while creating it. What's more interesting is the idea behind the concept.
We wish to credit this post to its real creator who must have worked numerous hours tirelessly creating this wonderful set of work. We have received these images by email & have no idea of its origin or its creator. But it wouldn't be right on our part if we miss to ascertain who the artist is & accredit this wonderful work to him.
As we were saying this is a brilliant piece of work & we really loved it & it made us laugh. Well these set of images are self-talking hence it would be apt if we cut short the writing part & let you proceed to the images. Under Construction Of The Most Famous Structures.

Eiffel Tower under construction:

Eiffel Tower: One of the most recognizable structures in the world. It was a French structural engineer Alexandre Gustave Eiffel & his team of engineers Maurice Koechlin & Emile Nouguier (assisted in the design), & architect Stephen Sauvestre who created it.
The tower was completed in 1889 & was inaugurated on March 31, 1889; opened on 6 May. Using two & a half million rivets 18,038 pieces of puddled iron, it was joined by three hundred workers & it weighs 7,300 tons & needed 40 tons of paint. And the cost of construction was 7.8 million francs ($1.5 million).
And presently as a part of maintenance it needs 50 to 60 tons of paint every seven years to protect it from rust.

A backhoe weighing 8 tons is on top of a flatbed trailer with its extended shovel arm made of hardened refined steel vs. overpass made of commercial-grade concrete, reinforced with 1 ½ inch steel rebar spaced at 6 inch intervals in a crisscross pattern layered at 1 foot vertical spacing.
