Though women's football was been played in England for quite a long time now, but it was in 1990's that it picked in number of female players & female spectators, ultimately leading to England hosting the Women's European Championships in 2005.

Art With Money.

Some say money cant buy 'everything', but you need money to buy everything, which very well includes the work of art too. Though it may be rare now to find an artist who creates work of art for the sake of art without involvement of monetary variable in it. But what if the medium of art itself is 'money'.

Bubblegum Art.

We have seen the bubble gum walls & now we present you 'bubblegum art'. We have seen various mediums used by the artists to create their own unique creations & these artists chose the 'bubblegum'. Using the very chewable bubblegum they have come up with some of the most amazing creations we came across for a while now. Check it out!

Official State Cars.

We have seen the youth pictures of the world leaders, their planes & its about time we present to you the cars used by them. The cars used by the States Heads shows the trust the State has in its own product & the national pride associated with it. For that matter the US President rides in the domestic Cadillac, Toyota for Japanese & Mercedes Benz for German.

Germany:

The most famous variants were the Mercedes 300 series "Adenauer" & the stretched "Pullmann" variants. And as a matter of fact, even today the President of Germany still uses a Mercedes-Benz S600.

Kinetic Art.

Kinetic art involves moving parts or is dependent on the motion for its effect. The movement of the parts is usually powered by wind or motor or observer. Here are some of the creations by the best kinetic art sculpturists.

Yaacov Agam an Israeli sculptor is also known for his contributions to kinetic art. Trained at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, before he moved to Zürich & then to Paris. And it was in year 1955 that he established himself as one of the leading pioneers of kinetic art at the Le Mouvement exhibition at the Galerie Denise René.

Arthur Ganson is a renowned kinetic sculptor. 'Ganson has held residencies in science museums, collaborated with the Studebaker Movement Theatre, and been featured in one-man shows at MIT Museum, Harvard's Carpenter Center, the DeCordova Museum, and the Ricco/Maresca Gallery in New York. He has a permanent installation at the National Inventors Hall of Fame. He was an MIT artist-in-residence and some of his work is on permanent display at the Gestural Engineering exhibit at MIT Museum in Boston, Massachusetts.'

Lye's sculptures are found in the collections of the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and the Berkeley Art Museum.'

George Rickey:
