William Lamson's Intervention.

Here we have Brooklyn-based artist William Lamson's balloon-based anti surveillance camera project, which shows how easily one can prevent even the most sophisticated forms of surveillance technology from doing its job. All you need is a helium filled rubber balloon, which is to be set at correct height and which is covered with enough static electricity so it sticks to any surface, such as a public camera.
