This 40.5-hectare resort features solar power, electric cars & energy-efficient appliances. Expected to attract a 'global pool of wealthy Generation X buyers aged between 30 & 50 years old'. The development will offer twenty-eight opportunities to own a fully furnished Hingarae Module, built on 0.4-hectare sections, each will have two to three bedrooms & be 200 square meters in size with a median price of NZ$3.2 million.
