Now who says men & women in uniform can't be funny? After all they too need to unwind & relax, which is quite obvious from few of these images. Though many other images are funny too, but these events may be a part of their regular routine & they may not feel it funny.
Then again laughter is something that makes you feel good & connects you to others.
