Official State Cars.

We have seen the youth pictures of the world leaders, their planes & its about time we present to you the cars used by them. The cars used by the States Heads shows the trust the State has in its own product & the national pride associated with it. For that matter the US President rides in the domestic Cadillac, Toyota for Japanese & Mercedes Benz for German.

Germany:

Mercedes-Benz S-class vehicles have been exclusively used by the German Head of State. The most famous variants were the Mercedes 300 series "Adenauer" & the stretched "Pullmann" variants. And as a matter of fact, even today the President of Germany still uses a Mercedes-Benz S600.

New Zealand:

New Zealand has bought a massive fleet of BMW 7 Series limousines as its new fleet of ministerial cars & this is for the first time in the recent decades that the government hasn't opted for the Australian Ford vehicles.

UK:

The Queen of England travels in one of two bespoke Bentley State Limousines. 'The vehicles are based on the Bentley Arnage floorpan, with a twin-turbocharged 6.75 litre V8 engine that has been modified to produce 400 bhp (298 kW) and 616 lbf ft (835 N m) of torque. Maximum speed is 130 mph (210 km/h). The state limousine is three feet longer than a standard Bentley Arnage, 10 inches taller and six inches wider.'

US:



The President of the United States uses an armored Cadillac limousine, the vehicle has extensive features including dark windows, state-of-the-art communication, protection systems, & a hidden desktop for use of the President.

Iceland:

Lexus LS 600h is used by the President of Iceland.

Hong Kong:

Chief Executive of Hong Kong, Donald Tsang uses Lexus 600h for his travel.

Monaco:

His Serene Highness, The Sovereign Prince of Monaco, Albert II also uses a Lexus 600h for his travel.

France:

French opted for Renault Safrane Biturbo.

Republic of Nicaragua:

Here the official car is the Mercedes-Benz Geländewagen.

The Republic of Malawi:

The President Mutharika uses a Land Cruiser.

Sri Lanka:

Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, uses a E38 BMW.

Czech Republic:

The President of Czech Republic rides in a domestic car: Skoda, one of the oldest car companies in the Czech Republic & the world.

Indonesia:

Opts for a Mercedes-Benz W140.

Nepal:

King Gyanendra uses a Jaguar.

Russia:

For official state visits & celebrations ZIL 41052 is used & on regular commute to & from work, Putin uses a Mercedes S-class.

Japan:

Japanese prime minister uses a Toyota Century.

Botswana:

President Gontebanye Mogae uses a Bentley Arnage.

Brunei:

The Sultan has the largest collection of cars in the world, running nearly about 5,000. His collection includes: Ferrari, Bentley station wagons, 500 Rolls-Royces, a Porsche Carrera GT, a 959, six Ferrari FXs, the only right hand drive Benz CLK-GTR, & seven McLaren F1s.

Austria:

The Chancellor & the other government ministers ride in Audi A8s.

Finland:

The President of Finland uses a Mercedes-Benz S 600 L.
