Island Formation In The Pacific.

While traveling in the South Pacific in August 2006, the crew of 'Maiken' came across an amazing sight.
They saw brownish rock like things floating on water. Later it became clear that they were looking at pumice. What they were seeing was the formation of an island!

Trail left behind by yacht.
