Mirage.

Till recently mirage meant: "An optical illusion, esp. that which causes travelers in a desert to imagine they see an expanse of water."
And we were under the impression that one cant photograph a mirage.

But Wikipedia says something else on this matter:
A mirage is a naturally-occurring optical phenomenon, in which light rays are bent to produce a displaced image of distant objects or the sky. A mirage is not an optical illusion.
It is a real phenomenon, and one can take photographs of it. The interpretation of the image, however, is up to the human mind.
So here are some images & to determine what they look to you.
