There are five passengers on board of a plane, & the flight wont be able to land on ground. But only four parachutes are there. Now you decide and tell who is to be left off?

It's a sea-plane and they can land safely on water.
P.S. I believe this is a lateral thinking problem, rather than a hypothetical question, as it requires an answer.
